Stockholm Airport Departures

Check in area which is also termed as departures, is partitioned in T2 and T3 at Stockholm airport. The flights which are bound to UK depart at T 2 even now. Once you are through with the checking-in of your luggage, you receive a boarding pass, you will be required to proceed towards T 3. In T3 there are 8 automatic check-in machines which are divided into two groups of four in the check-in lobby. These sections consist of two groups of check-in machines to cause ease in checking luggage.

Within the Departures arena, you can find a VIP lounge at the second level of the building above shopping complex. Stockholm consists of three boarding docks. Non European Union passengers can access Dock B. European Union passengers can utilize Dock C. The newly constructed Dock D can be collectively used by Non European as well as European passengers. Boarding gates can be found immediately after the Dock ends which is at times restricted to only non-Schengen passengers.

It remains open from 06:00-22:30 hours. The special prayer session is held in the chapel at 10.30 am every Sunday.

The Pharmacy which is located at T 3 in the public arena of the airport can be utilized by the passengers from 08:00 – 22:00 hours. The medical centre can be accessed in case you are not feeling well. It can be found at the ground level of Terminal 3. While waiting for your departure time to be announced you can buy refreshments and other edible stuff from the café at the airport.
